Group sound healing for ultimate restoration and rejuvenation! Bridey guides you through a brief meditation tailored to the goals of the group, followed by sound healing using a combination of crystal quartz singing bowls, Koshi chimes, rattles, and brass bowls. Virtual or in-person (in-person only in San Diego area, extra charges may apply based on location).
